“We want everyone of all ages to feel very welcome at Cecil Sharp House and relish the opportunity to learn and participate in folk arts of all kinds. This summer term there’s a chance for children and adults to dance, sing, play music, take part in arts and crafts, learn about folklore and have a unique ‘behind-the-scenes’ view of some of the original manuscripts that are now online in The Full English digital archive. In May there’s our lovely annual May in a Day! family folk arts festival which is bursting with wonderful folk arts to watch, listen to and join with!”
Education Director, Rachel Elliott
